| He was elected academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) in 1999. He has been engaging in the study of active polypeptide, apozymase and polypeptide neurotoxin for a long time. He has got many great S&T achievements. He won quite a few prizes of National Natural Science Awards. He is former director of the Research Office of the Shanghai Institute of Biochemistry under the Chinese Academy of Sciences. At present, he is a research fellow in the Shanghai Institute of Biochemistry under the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and a member of the first expert group of the "863 Program". |
